TekPiks ("the Service") is a tool operated by an individual creator/small business that lets the account owner connect their own TikTok account and publish video content they provide, using TikTok's official Content Posting API.
The Service is intended for use by its owner to manage and publish their own content. By connecting a TikTok account, you authorize TekPiks to post content you supply on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during TikTok's own authorization screen. You may revoke this access at any time from within the TikTok app (Settings & privacy → Apps).
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish through the Service. All published content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. TekPiks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
