This page explains what data TekPiks collects when you connect your TikTok account, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your TikTok open_id, access token, and refresh token, obtained through TikTok's OAuth authorization flow after you grant access.
• The video files, captions, and privacy settings you submit through the Service for the sole purpose of publishing them to your connected account.

How we use it

This data is used exclusively to publish content to your own connected TikTok account, at your direction, via TikTok's Content Posting API. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the posting action you request.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored in a private database on infrastructure operated by TekPiks. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party other than TikTok itself, which is necessarily involved in fulfilling the publishing request.

Retention and your rights

Your connection data is retained until you revoke the Service's access — which you can do at any time from the TikTok app (Settings & privacy → Apps) — or until you request deletion by contacting us. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
